What You Give Us Directly
Requesting a price, reserving a day, setting up warehousing, or just reaching out means handing over the essentials up front: who you are, a phone, an email; both the origin and destination addresses; the dates that work for you; and an itemized sense of what’s being relocated or stored. Should payment enter the picture, a secure outside processor handles it, and whatever notes or messages you add travel along with the rest.
What We Collect Automatically
Quietly, in the background, browsing here generates a light technical footprint — your connecting IP, which browser and device you’re using, the pages viewed, and when the visit happened — gathered through cookies and comparable tools. That footprint is what keeps the site operating and lets us see the paths visitors take across it.
How We Use It
Your information lets us build and deliver a quote, schedule and execute the relocation, run any warehousing arrangement, generate paperwork like certificates of insurance, take payment and send receipts, update you on progress and work through claims, and stay compliant with what our Virginia and Maryland authority, our District operating license, and our US DOT and MC numbers demand.
